Alice Dove

With six years of experience in education, Alice has worked across a range of learning environments that have shaped her passion for supporting students of all abilities. Prior to joining us, she spent four years at a specialist autistic school followed by two years in a mainstream high school. Alongside this, Alice has dedicated numerous volunteer hours in primary schools gaining a broad understanding of different age groups and learning needs.
Alice’s strengths lie in building connections with students and taking the time to understand how each individual learns best. She is passionate about helping neurodiverse students discover their strengths and supporting them to achieve their personal goals in an empowering and meaningful way.
Outside of school, Alice enjoys a busy and active life. Weekends are often spent with family and friends, going on camping trips, playing netball, attending live music events and attempting to beat her son on the basketball court — although his height advantage makes this increasingly difficult!
Alice is looking forward to working closely with our dedicated staff to support and inspire our students to reach their full potential.
