Helena Ng

Occupational Therapist

Helena graduated from Monash University with a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice. She has experience working in both community and school settings, supporting children with neurodivergent profiles and a range of diverse abilities. Before becoming an occupational therapist, Helena worked as a research fellow in medical and biological laboratories in Hong Kong, which sparked her strong interest in evidence-based practice.

Helena truly believes that every child is unique and enjoys getting to know each student as an individual. She is passionate about supporting children by celebrating their strengths and thoughtfully accommodating their needs. Helena values working closely with students and their families, using a collaborative coaching approach to help them achieve meaningful and personally relevant occupational goals. She has completed training in Occupational Performance Coaching and Tuning into Teens.

Outside of work, Helena has a primary school–aged son who keeps her on her toes. She loves spending time outdoors and enjoys staying active through running, taekwondo and snowboarding.
