Tahli Clayton

Tahli is a dedicated Bayside local, having grown up in Aspendale and remained in the area throughout her life. Her career journey is marked by a diverse range of experiences, including roles in community radio, real estate, and dental sectors. Tahli eventually found her niche in the education sector, where she spent over seven years in independent schools, excelling as a personal assistant, Operations Manager, and Admissions Consultant. This period allowed her to develop extensive expertise in school administration. Continuing to grow her skills, Tahli then moved into a project manager role in the governance, risk, and compliance field for the education, aged care, not-for-profit, and finance sectors. Her professional path is complemented by her extensive travels, having visited every state and territory in Australia, as well as enjoying holidays in Japan and Ireland. Tahli’s personal life is equally dynamic. She takes pride in her three adult children, two of whom are in bands, allowing her to frequently attend their gigs, while her third child (an early childhood educator) shares her passion for crafting. In her leisure time, Tahli enjoys baking, crocheting, reading, propagating indoor plants, and listening to podcasts.
