On a chilly Thursday morning, Tombolo students set out on an exciting excursion to Gumbuya World, an action-packed theme park filled with thrilling rides and immersive animal experiences.
As soon as we arrived, we couldn’t wait to explore all that Gumbuya World had to offer.
Despite the chilly temperature we headed to Gumbuya World’s water park, Oasis Springs. From lazy rivers to splash pads to thrilling water slides, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Despite the cold temperatures, we spent hours splashing around and having a blast. The staff were also keen to join in with the fun and festivities and wore their Christmas rash vests,
Gumbuya World isn’t just about rides – it’s also home to various interactive shows and animal experiences. We had the chance to meet some of Australia’s most iconic animals, including kangaroos and koalas. We even fed the friendly wallabies and watched as they hopped around us. Some even posed for selfies!
Overall, our excursion to Gumbuya World was an absolute blast.
