On 10-12 June, 15 of Tombolo Academy’s senior students embarked on an unforgettable 3-day camp to Canberra.
Visiting iconic locations including the Australian War Memorial, Parliament House, the Museum of Australian Democracy, Questacon and the Australian Institute of Sport, students immersed themselves in learning beyond the classroom.
They embodied our core values, showing curiosity as they explored, collaboration as they spent extended time together, and resilience as they stepped outside their comfort zones to travel by plane and visit new places.
We are incredibly proud of the independence the students showed and the way they conducted themselves throughout the trip. A fantastic achievement and a camp to remember!
